Children below 3 years are not advised to enter the Snow Park due to the low temperature.
However, if parents still choose to take them inside, they must do so at their own discretion and
take full responsibility.
There are no height restrictions inside the Snow Park itself. Any checks related to height
happen only at the ticket counter.
You can stay inside the Snow Area for as long as you like during your visit. You can rest for a while in the exit lobby and re enter. However, once you exit from the exit lobby, re-entry is not permitted.
Yes, Snow Park has toilets and basic first aid/medical help available for visitors. Food is not available, but snacks are available outside. In case of any emergency, visitors will be referred to a hospital. These facilities are located in the entrance and exit lobby, not inside the snow area.

Yes, it’s safe for kids and seniors. Our crew members provide all necessary instructions to visitors, and an instruction video is also played on the TV in the lobby.
You can collect your photos when you exit lobby. The staff takes photos inside the Snow Park, and you’ll have the option to view and purchase the ones you like. Payment is required only for the photos you choose to buy
Pregnant women, asthma patients, and individuals with heart conditions are not allowed inside the Snow Park for safety reason.
We recommend wearing full-length clothing like a full-sleeve shirt or top and full pants for both comfort and warmth inside the Snow Park. While it’s not mandatory, it helps enhance your experience in the cold environment. We’ll be providing jackets, gloves, and snow boots at the entrance to keep you warm inside.
The temperature is maintained at around -10°C to give you a true snow experience – chilly, exciting, and full of winter vibes!
Yes, the park remains open on all national holidays.
The park is open daily from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
